Type: 39 litre series

    39-liters laboratory flotation machine is applied in ore dressing by the method of laboratory floating. It is concatenation floatation machine with several sets of machines. And the number of chutes is even from 1 to 10. It is left-type or right-type according to user’s demand.

    Laboratory flotation machine with 39 liters is impeller mechanical flotation machine. It is composed by the following main parts:

(1) Tank
    The tank 1 is welded with steel plate, using the impeller to stir, simultaneously inflating the air into pulp.
    In order to adjust the thickness of slurry surface in tank and foam layer scraped, the intermediate tank 15 is made up of two slot panels, in which is the pulp surface regulator 5 installed, orifice 17 is installed on the tank cover 14, which is used to prevent the chaotic movement of pulp affects on the bubble zone, the gangue is entrained mechanically to the concentrate. 
    Basin liner 6 is equipped in the tank to prevent the tank bottom worn, basin liner can be replaced. Discharging port 8 is placed outside the tank bottom, which is used to storage water when cleaning.
    The pulp flows into the intermediate tank 15 and the end tank 3 from the overflow port on the panel, the catheters of the intermediate tank bottom and the cover 14 on the groove wall bottom are put into the next tank, which will flow continuously through all the tanks of flotation machine. The pulp is fed from the feed chute 3, is discharged from the discharging port 8 of the tailing 1, the feed port 16 is equipped in front and at the back of tank bottom, which is easy to change the technological process.

(2) Impeller System
    Impeller system is installed in the center of the flotation tank, the vertical arrangement coiled impeller 9 which leaves are up is fixed at the bottom of the impeller shaft 10 and around the vertical shaft tube 12. The tube top is located over the pulp stone and foam layer, the tube bottom is bearing the cover 14. When the impeller rotates, the quantities of air can be absorbed along the vertical tube 12. The protective plate 4 is fixed under the cover 14, the gap between the protective plate and impeller is related to the aeration rate, its maximum gap is less than 3mm, if the gap is too large, it is necessary to replace the protective plate or be adjusted appropriately. 
    The hole of vertical tube 12 is used to cycle pulp, and make the pulp and air mix well. The upper of the impeller shaft rotates in the rolling shaft 11 installed in the bearing shell, the bearing shell is installed on the beam 7. The pulley fixed at the top of the shaft makes the motor 18 rotating through the triangle belt, of which the tension can be adjusted by the nut 19.

(3) Shaving foam device
    Foam is scraped using the rotary scraper along the flotation machine, scraper 20 is installed out of the discharging port. The pulley is installed at the end of the scraper shaft, which rotates through the driving of the worm reducer 21 and V-belt.

    LY shaking Table is one of the commonly used equipment to conduct gravity concentration for feasibility study and test of ores for labs. And small beneficiation plant. It is applicable for separations of fine-grained and micro-grained rare metal, ferrous and non-ferrous metal, precious metal, coal and other minerals. It can carry out ore concentration operation independently and also can operate in conjunction with jig, screw separator, centrifugal separator and other equipment. The product is made by the only manufacturer designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.
    LY Shaking Table is to make separations based on the difference of specific gravity of feed materials, reciprocating asymmetrical movement and the stratification performance of the inclined table surface in the lateral water flow with obvious zone of the minerals with different specific gravity on the table, hign quality of concentrates produced, convenient operation and adjustment and other features.
    The table surface is constructed of ore sand or slime and is made up of glass fiber reinforced plastic or aluminum alloy.

This machine mainly consists of table box, table surface, and table frame.
    1,The table box is hyperbolic link mechanism. When the eccentric shaft rotates, it drives the upward and downward movement of the connecting rod. When the connecting rod moves downward, the toggle plate expands. The toggle plate on the right is supported on the supporting seat fixed with the draw bar while the toggle plate on the left is supported on the adjustable supporting seat(this seat can only move upward and downward),which is installed together with the supporting seat through special bolts. One end of spring is covered on the supporting seat and the other end is covered on the adjusting stud disk above the fixed sleeve.
    2,The belt pulley passing the motor is driven to rotate. It drives the connecting rod and pushes downward the toggle plate to press the spring, as well as pushes the draw bar to carry the table surface forward. When the connecting rod moves upward, it drives the table surface to move backward under the action of spring tension. By doing it, the motion becomes continuous. The rotary motion becomes longitudinal straight reciprocating motion.
    The stroke is obtained through the twisting of special stud. The whole mechanism is put in the shell of table box.
    The bed surface is installed on the two cast iron beams. The beams are fixed on the sliding bearing and the bearings are fixed on the angle iron frame.
    There is inclination angle for the table surface horizontally which can be from 0°to 10°.
    Adjust the horizontal sliding bearing and hand wheel in the middle. At the one end of the hand wheel shaft which match the nut with arc groove. Such nut matches the connecting rod fixed on the draw bar. When the hand wheel turns to the direction of nut, it drives the rotation of connecting rod, draw bar, and table surface.

    series of high frequency electromagnetic vibrating screen(for short electromagnetic screen) is a new type of material screening equipment, it uses a new vibration mode and transmission principle, making the use of electromagneticvibrator drive system, to make the transmission system vibrating the screen ,after that the purpose is  enhancing the sieve net screening efficiency. It has simple operation, stable performance, high efficiency, low power consumption, the characteristics of strong cleaning by itself.

    It is used in grinding process of concentrator graded homework, under the appropriate of feeding concentrations, feeding particle size (200 mesh) , the difference between the demand level grain content screen size and feeding particle size is less than 30%,under this conditions, the screening efficiency is as high as 70% above. Due to the high screening efficiency, can greatly reduce cycle load and sieve grain that qualified level, so as to improve the capacity of millprocessing power (general it can be improved the 5-10%), when controling things under strictly in the screening process on the screen size, can eliminate the harmful effects which separating the coarse size with concentrate grain quality , The pulp under the work in high frequency vibration sieve surface small amplitude, there is the role of density stratified according to function, high density and small particles is easy to settlement to the bottom of material, thus obviously improve the grade of concentrates.

(1) The surface of screen is high frequency vibrating, the screen box is fixed, the working principle is fixed the balance between the elastic vibration of the system and the elastic force vibration force reaction in the screen box,so do the screen box is fixed.

(2) The surface of screen is high frequency vibrating, the frequency is 50HZ,the range of vibrating is 1-2mm, the strength of vibrating will be 8-10 times acceleration speed, compare with ordinary vibrating screen ,it is as high as 2-3 times, the characteristics of strong cleaning by itself, high screening efficiency,large capactiy, it is comfortable to screen, dehydration ,grade the size from 0.074-3mm in the slime material ore.

(3) The surface of screen consists of three different flexible screens, the bottom of steel wire core polyurethane nets,contacted with vibrating device directly,there are two layer of composite nets which make in the stainless steel ,the top of composite contact with material ore, the requirement of the top net is making sure the size depending on the screening system, the high opening rate in the screens, it owns a certain siffness. 

(4) The sieve machine installation angle could be adjustment in convenient at any time , be adapted in different material properties and different screening homework. Regarding to the wet method of concentrator screening installation angle is generally in 25 degrees positive and negative 2 degrees range  , dry screening installation angle is commonly in 33 degrees positive and negative 2 degrees range.

(5) The sieve machine vibration parameters by using the computer integrated control, can be software establishment to each of the vibration system vibration parameters, in addition to the general operating mode vibration parameters, and the continuous instantaneous strength vibrating at any time, keep clear to the screen hole to prevent  blocking.

(6) The special design of the electromagnetic vibration system is using the rubber mainly vibration spring, rubber, rubber bearing spring hinge, it has long-term continuous operation reliable working, low consumption, each of the electromagnetic vibration power is only 0.15 KW, the dressing generally use the ZDS2020 type of high frequency electromagnetic screening, the installed power is only 1.2 KW. The sieve machine is belong to energy-saving products.

    Ball mill applies to grind all kinds of ores and other materials, widely used in mine-selection, building materials and chemical industry, etc. it can be divided into dry and wet two grinding ways. According to the different ways of discharging, it can be divided into grid type and overflow type.

    Ball mill is the key equipment for crushing after the material has been broken. it is widely used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory material, chemical fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal and glass ceramics production industry, it grind all kinds of ores and other grind ability materials in dry or wet way

    The ball mill is the horizontal tube rotating device, outer edge of the gear drive, two chambers, and lattice-type. By feeding device the materials evenly are fended into the first milling chamber through the hollow shaft. There are ladder lining plate or corrugated lining plate in the chamber, the mill containing different specifications steel-balls, the rotating of cylinder can make centrifugal force to the ball for a certain height of fall, they have a severe impact and abrasive effect on the materials. After coarse grinding in the first chamber, it will enter into the second chamber through single-layer partition plate, inner chamber is lined with plane liner which has steel-balls for further materials grinding. Powder discharged through the discharge grate plate to finish grinding operation.

    The machine is composed by feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The quill shaft adopts cast steel part and the liner is detachable. The turning gearwheel adopts casting hobbling process and the drum is equipped with wear-resistant liner, which has good wear-resistance. The machine is with stable and reliable working condition.

Moreover, according to different materials and discharging methods, there are dry ball mills and wet ball mills for choice.

The angle of Jaw Crusher between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw of Jaw Crusher moves away from fixed jaw by the pulling of rod and spring, the products after crushing will be discharged from the outlet of Jaw Crusher.

    Motor drives V-belt and belt pulley to make moving jaw do periodic motion by eccentric shaft.  Moving jaw moves upwards to the fixed jaw when angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases, so materials are crushed in this process.  Moving jaw moves downwards from fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring when angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases, so the final crushed materials are discharged from the outlet.  The moving jaw moves periodically according to the eccentric shaft movement, and the materials entering the crushing chamber are crushed and discharged continually.

    Trough feeder is applied in the primary crushing as the equipment of the feeder. It is widely used in the industry of the metallurgy, mining, chemical, construction, plant coal and so on.

    Trough feeder can be set up on the ground and can also be hoisting the ore bin on the discharge port. SF series of flotation machine is not only applied to separating the non-ferrous metal, ferrous metals, precious metals, and chemical raw materials, recycling useful minerals, but also applied to selecting the non-metallic minerals such as the coal, fluorite, talc and so on.

SF of series flotation machine is the improved product of A-type. It can self-absorb mineral pulp and self-absorb air, its operating room is allocated horizontally. Compared to A-type, it has larger air-absorption capacity, lower power consumption, longer service life of impeller and cover, without need any supplementary equipment, better dressing efficiency.

SF of series flotation machine drives the impeller rotate by the V-belt transmission of the motor, and produces the centrifugation effects to form the negative pressure.

This flotation machine can inhale adequate air that to be mixed with the slurry. On the other hand, the mixing pulp is intermixed with the drugs. At the same time, refine the bubble, and make the minerals conglutinate on the bubble, and then float on the surface of the ore pulp, to form the mineralized bubble.

Adjust the height of the flashboard, control the liquid level, and make the useful bubble scrapped by the scraper blade.

    This Produces high weir type, single and double spiral, and immersed single and double spiral classifiers. Our spiralclassifiers are widely used in the distribution of ore in closed circuits with ball mills, grading ore and fine slit in gravitymills, grading granularity and flow of metal ore-dressing, and de-sliming and dehydrating in washing.

    This product features simple structure, reliable working conditions and convenient operation. Because different grains have different specific gravity and sedimentation rates in liquid, this product allows the fine ore to flow in the water, while coarse ore sinks to the bottom.

    This classifier can filter materials and send coarse materials to the feeding mouth and discharge fine materials from the pipe. The seat of the machine features channel steel material, while the body is armor plated and the spiral axle is made of cast iron for durability. Shaking Table

 

    6-S shaking table is one of the main equipments of gravity concentration. It is not only widely applied on separating tungsten, the tin, the tantalum niobium and other rare metals and the noble metal ore. Also widely used in separation for Gold, Silver, Tin, Columbium, Tantalum, Titanium, Barium, Tungsten, Iron, Chrome, Manganese, Zircon, Lead, Zinc, Mercury, Copper, Aluminum, etc. The shaker effective recycling granularity scope is 2-0.022millimeters.

    Beneficiation process of shaking table is carried out on the tilt table with riffle (Figure 1), the minerals are sent by the feed launder on the bed superior angle, simultaneously, it supplies horizontally the washing water from the feed water launder. Under the effect of gravity, crosswise running water momentum, inertia and friction force produced by the bed reciprocating asymmetrical movement, minerals are stratified by weight and size, and make the longitudinal motion along the bed and transversal motion along the tilt bed. Therefore, the proportion and the granularity different minerals fan out along the respective heading from A to B, discharged separately from the different areas of concentrate side and tailing side, and then divided into the concentrates, middling’s and Tailings.

 

According to different feed positions, shaking table is divided into right-type and left -type. Feed position of the right-type is on the right to its body; left-type is on the left.

    The characteristics of 6-S shaking table are high enrichment ratio, high efficiency of beneficiation, easy operation and convenient stroke adjustment.  Changing the horizontal slope and stroke length, it can still maintain bed running in balance. Spring is placed in the box, so its structure is compact. Also it can eventually get the concentrates and tailings

    The 6-S Shaking Tables have three distinct deck designs available. The course ore deck is designed for recovering particles size from 0.5 mm to 2 mm; the fine sand deck is designed for recovering fine particles in the range of 0.074 mm to 0.5 mm; the slime deck is designed for recovering super extremely fine particles in the range of 0.05 mm to 0.074 mm.

    The whole production drawings of Yunxi shaking table is produced in strict accordance with the standard drawings of Yunnan tin industry corporate. This type of shaking table is mainly applied in different non-ferrous metallic ores.     Particularly in the multi-metal ores, it can be played its most effective function. It can be used to gravity separation and cleaner flotation of the less than 2mm non-ferrous metals. Many year’s practices prove that Yunxi Shaking Table has stable performance, high efficiency, low noise, convenient using and maintenance. It is deeply welcomed by customers.

    It is composed of bed, bed head and sliding device. The bedstead and feed lauder are made up the bed. Bed has two types (coarse bed and groove bed). According to particle sizes and density, the proper bed type is chosen (attached forms). Bed is connected by the hook on the bed of bed head, supports in the sliding device. With the pushing of bedside, the bed moves back and forth to beneficiation.
    The eccentric roller which is driven by the eccentric shaft makes rocker support arm moving. The rocker support arm fork drives the joint T-screw, which makes screw move back and forth. Bed head lubricant bearing uses the ZQSN5-5-5 material as sliding bearings, which has low noise and moving neatly characteristics.
    Slide device is mainly used to adjust the slope of mineral processing equipment, bed generates the slop using hand wheel to adjust slant splint.

 

    After using the Yunxi shaker, maintenance and repairing is necessary, its parts in good condition can not only affect the dressing performance and efficiency indicators, but also increase its life expectancy. 
The general notes on the use of shaker
(1) Bed’s paint has a brittle, can not bear the strong beat and collision.
(2) Avoiding the bed paint crushed and deformed, high temperature and heavy objects can not be placed on.
(3) To prevent the bed deformation caused by the water penetration affecting the paint swollen, the bed is strictly prohibited to nail.
(4) In order to ensure flow membrane uniform, oil pollution in the bed should be avoided. 
(5) In order to maintain the manufacture quality of table, the bed must be special attention to in handling, stacking and installation process.  General requirements are to avoid sideward because of unevenness or overlapping when transporting and stacking, make the feed side down, and prevent the sun and rain.

   jigging is one of the relative new methods for gravity concentration. As a rougher or cleaner device, it is widely applied on the separation of gold, tin, tungsten, titanium, hematite, coal and other minerals due to its high processing capacity, large range of separation size and simplicity of operation and maintenance.
   A traditional jig is mostly driven by eccentric circle, its jigging pulse curve is mostly sine wave, the upward or downward flow rate generated by the diaphragm movement and action time are almost same, therefore, it is not conductive to jigging bed dilation and stratification according to the proportion of mineral particles, and affects the sorting ratio and recovery of equipment. 
   Saw-tooth wave jig is a energy-saving gravity concentration device which is based on the traditional jig according to the distribution rule of jigging bed theory, its jig pulse curve likes the saw-tooth waveform which makes the upward flow faster than the downward; the upward flow time is short, the downward is long, which overcomes the shortcoming of upward flow, downward flow and action time produced by the sine-wave pulse curve, enhances the loose degree of the bed and alleviates the inhalation effects, then the heavy mineral particles in the ore are fully settlement, which enhances the sorting ratio and recovery of equipment. Compared with the sine-wave jig, the recovery of Sn increases 3.01%, W: 5.5%, Pb: 1.63%, Zn: 2.04%, respectively; water consumption is reduced by 30%-40%, site area is decreased 1/3, the stroke can be adjusted, dragging by the electromagnetic adjustable speed motor makes the pumping speed can be adjusted endlessly. Its performance reaches the domestic advanced level; it is one of the ideal energy-saving gravity concentration equipments.

Diaphragm jig has simple operation, large capacity, and can obtain the final concentration or the tailing in one beneficiation. So it is widely used in dealing with the coarse or medium-grained ore. It is suitable for classification the larger differential density of tungsten, tin, iron, manganese and chrome ore; also for ferrous metal and non-ferrous metals containing the gold and rare metals.

LTP300×450 Rectangle Compartment Side Way Action Type Jig is mainly composed of jig box drive device, water distribution, diaphragm and bibcock. There are two jig buckets with different sizes and each diaphragm is divided into jig area and diaphragm area by clapboard. The rubber diaphragm pumping to make medium (water) moving is the jigging course. The triangle belt drives big belt pulley by electromotor so connecting rod of the eccentric gear and rocker are up and down moving. Another connecting rod is connected with the rubber diaphragm which is moving up and down to jig.

 

      Based on the size of ore, we can change the stroke of connecting rod and choose different stroke to make the best jigging effect. The method of altering stroke per minute is to exchange a smaller belt pulley but there are two strokes per minute: 322r/m; 420r/m. The method of choosing stroke is to loose bolt and screw cap, take out bowel and move the relative place between eccentric adjusting sieve and eccentric shaft so there are 11 different strokes (0-25.3mm).

       Because of a sieve added on the working screen, the jig can be processed the uneven sizes of material. (Note: the sieve can be requested to supply or not). After the feed ores are sent to jig chamber, the ores are separated to different layers in the medium by the pulsation of diaphragm. The light but weight is sank to the tank of jig bucket through the spaces of materials of artificial bed layer and its sieve holes but the coarse but light is washed to the discharge end of screen by medium. Because the back jig chamber is lower 50mm than front jig chamber, the light ores is overflowed through front jig chamber to the back chamber and jigged again. If needed, the place of end plate can be adjusted to control the discharge amount. The concentrate in tank can be discharged by discharge tube regularly.

     Ore dressing by Gravity Jig is considered as one of the major means for gravity beneficiation with the process characteristics being continued feed of ores to be beneficiated onto screen plate in jigging Chamber, forming thick material layer. Upward flow is injected via screen plate periodically, allowing the lift of bed layer to be loose and flow to drop (or stop rising).During this process, grains of different densities will displace relatively, with the heavy materials bring delivered into lower layer and the light material being transferred into the upper layer. Concentrate and tailings will be obtained after their being discharged respectively.

    Saw tooth-wave Jig is a new type of energy conservation and highly efficient gravity separation equipment and developed based on the traditional Sine Wave Jig. The difference between Saw tooth Wave Jig and Sine Wave Jig is that the pulsation curve for jigging is of saw tooth wave shape, with speedy upward flow and slow downward flow.

    Bed layer is elevated integrally and slowly dropped with a long effective loose time, allowing significant increase of handing capacity for unit screen surface, decrease of lower limit of grain size recovery and large save of make-up water for undersize fraction. Industrial tests carried out of Saw tooth Wave Jig and Sine Wave Jig for comparison showed that the recovery rate for operation Of Saw tooth Wave Jig and Sine Wave Jig for comparison showed that the recovery rate for operation of Saw tooth Wave Jig is raised by Sn:3.01%,WO:3:5.5%,Pb:1.63%,Xn:2.04% with water consumption being decreased by 30-75%.

    Ore dressing by Saw tooth Wave Jig is capable of handing almost full sizes of mineral materials other than very fine material. It features simple process operation, heavy duty equipment handling capacity with final products being obtained through one time separation. Therefore; it has found a wide application in production. It is regarded as one of major means to cope with metallic ores such as iron and manganese ores of coarse, moderate and fine sizes and has found significant use in beneficiating tin and tungsten ores. Moreover, Jigging Method also can achieve a good result in processing primary ores bearing gold, tantalum niobium, titanium, zirconium and chrome and sand stones.

    More density minerals to be separated in ores have, wider rang the feed sizes have. For gold bearing placer, when feed grain size is less than 25mm, separation may be carried out without size classification with the lower limit of recovery up to 0.05mm..For ordinary metallic ores, size classified separation is conducted to effectively improve indexes for separation and to enhance handling capability for the equipment.

    DYTA-7750 hydraulic radial jigs are widely used on mining vessel at home and aboard as roughly selected equipment to sort ores such as alluvial gold, tin, diamond, tungsten and hematite.

    DYTA7750 hydraulic radial jigs are developed from circular jigs. They are composed of two parts, drive and tank. The drive is of mechanical hydraulic type whose power is provided by motor. Through speed-change mechanism, the output shafts of speed reducer bring along the rotation of cam which drive cyclical alternating movement of every plunger of drive cylinder so as to convert electric energy to mechanical energy and then to hydraulic energy. Through hydraulic pipes and all kinds of valves, the movement of slave cylinder is driven and the fluctuation of the jig’s cone is brought along. The jig frequency adjustment of DYTA7750 jig has two kinds of forms .According to difference in jig frequency adjustment mechanism, DYTA7750 jigs have two models; DYTA7750 and PYTA7750.DYTA7750 jigs adopt electromagnetic speed regulating asynchronous motors to realize the adjustment of jig frequency which belongs to steles adjustment. The adjustable range of jig frequency is 0-90 times per minute.PYTA7750 jigs adopt common squirrel-cage asynchronous motors. The power is transmitted through belts and jig frequency is adjusted through the replacement of belt pulley. This belongs to step adjustment. The machine is equipped with three kinds of belt pulleys which enable the jig frequency of the jig to be 60 times per minute, 70 times per minute and 80 times per minute.Besides, belt pulley of a certain jig frequency of between 60 and 90 times per minute can be provided according to the needs of users. The two types of models have advantages of their owm.Thus; the users can make their choice according to their own actual needs. The tank is of unit combination type. Every unit consists of three jigs. Every room is equipped with one trapezoidal jig. It can be made circular or fan shaped according to the handling capacity and configuration requirements of equipment. The advantage to adopt combination type is it is easy for fabrication, transportation and installation.

     This hydraulic system is mainly composed of hydraulic power unit, actuating cylinder, slave cylinder, hydraulic piping and control valves. The hydraulic power unit is mainly used to add oli.The main function of actuating cylinder is to convert mechanical energy to hydraulic energy through cam’s propelling of plunger. The main function of slave cylinder is to convert mechanical energy to hydraulic energy by the movement of plunger driven through the pressure oil transmitted by the actuating cylinder.

     Its hydraulic transmission processes are as follows;The cam 12 rotates and drives the plunger of actuating cylinder 11 to produce pressure oil. It through the one-way throttle valve 10 to the upper chamber of slave cylinder 13drives the piston of slave cylinder to move downward and bring along the cone 10 to move downward (it is also pressed downward with the weight of lower cone 1 and the gravity of water and mineral), press the oil in F chamber of the slave cylinder to get the lower chamber to produce high-pressure hydraulic oil. There has already been leather bag with oxygen of 3.5-4MPa in the compressed high-pressure accumulator 3 which accumulates energy.

     When the cam rotates from the highest point to the lowest point, the actuating cylinder plunger is pulled outward and the high-pressure accumulator releases energy. The high-pressure hydraulic oil pushes the piston of the slave cylinder upward and brings along the upward movement of cone 1.In this ways, cyclic up and down movement (pulsation) of cone 1 is achieved.

   It is widely applied in sorting ores range from 2 to 0.02mm, pyrite range from 4 to 0.02mm, in separating sludge levels of ferrous, non-ferrous, m rare and noble metal minerals such as tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, chromium, titanium, bismuth, lead, gold and so on; after changing appropriately the form of bed, it can applied in sorting the slack coal and coal slime; also applied in separating mixed material with enough difference of gravity and particle size.

   And it could be used for different work such as rougher, cleaner and scavenger flotation, beneficiation the different grades of  coarse ore (0.5~2mm), fine ore(0.5~0.074mm) and slime(-0.074mm).

   The sorting mechanism is the same as wooden bed. Different proportion of sorted ores, differential movement provided by bed head, slope flow and different types of bed make the mineral particles group be loosen and layered, selectively transported, the ores form the fan-shaped zone on the bed, and then output the different products.

Both LS-type and YS-type have three kinds of bed, they are the rectangular bed dealing with the coarse ore,  the ladder bed dealing with the fine ore and the groove bed dealing with the mud-level ore. Users can choose freely.

滚筒筛

 

GT系列滚筒筛是为电厂、热力公司、矿山、化工、建材、冶金及焦化等行业而研制的专用筛分设备,它克服各种震动筛在筛分较湿物料时出现的筛网粘堵问题,提高了筛分系统的产量和可靠性。适宜筛分各种性质的物料,以煤、煤矸石、焦炭、生熟石灰等潮湿易堵塞物料,筛下产品最大100mm,中间0-50mm,最细可达3mm以下,该产品深受广大用户的一致好评。

 

 滚筒筛是由六角形滚筒、机架、漏斗、减速器、电动机五个部分成。破碎的石料进入滚筒后,一方面随着滚筒转动而被筛选,一方面粒度大的石料沿着滚筒的斜度向前流动,通过不同网目的的筛网逐渐被筛出。不大的石料筛出后落入各自的漏斗,然后由人工运出或自流送往成品堆。 
滚筒筛做工精细,坚固耐用,钢架以型钢焊接,漏斗容积大,为钢板接而成。设有多个漏斗分别出料。漏斗嘴子以法兰连接,可向两侧或一侧料,便于拉运或自流,提高了产量,防止堵料磨损筛网,耽误生产。

1、采用滚动输送原理,摩擦系数小,摩擦轻,筛孔不易堵塞。
2、滚筒支撑采用整体通轴结构,运行平稳,不振动,噪音低。
3、内部滚筒筛网配件采用分体设计,结构简单,更换维修快捷方便。
4、滚筒体采用有效的全封闭结构,粉尘不漏泄飞扬,使文明生产能可靠的保证。

SZZ自定中心振动筛

 

自定中心振动筛用于矿石和煤等物料的粗、中细、极细各级筛分。也可用于对物料作脱水泥、脱了介质等处理。自定中心振动筛结构主要由筛箱、激振器、悬挂(或支承)装置及电动机等组成。电动机经三角皮带,带动激振器主轴回转,由于激振器上不平衡生物的离心惯性力作用,使筛箱获振动。改变激振器偏心重,或获得不同振幅。

 

1、由于筛箱振动强烈,减少了物料堵塞孔的现象,使筛子具有较高的筛分效率和生产率;
2、构造简单、拆换筛面方便;
3、筛分每吨物料所消耗的电能少。
自定中心振动筛还有如下优点:由于皮带轮小心线和轴承中心线不在同一直线上,而能够消除皮带的振动现象,减少皮带的疲劳和磨损,从而可以增大筛子的振幅,进一步提高生产率。

 

SZZ型自定中心振动筛主要由筛箱,振动器,悬吊弹簧等部分组成。筛箱用四根带弹簧的吊杆悬挂在厂房的楼板或构架上。筛箱与水平的倾角为15°~20°, 在上面固定有筛网 和振动器。 筛面可以是单层或双层。振动器的轴承座固定于筛箱侧壁 。振动器的主轴的两端装有带偏心重块的皮带轮和飞轮。主轴中部也有向一方突起的偏心重块。 筛箱的振幅可以通过增减皮带轮和飞轮上偏心重块的数量来进行调整。 电动机通过三角皮带带动振动器 ,该振动器的偏心效应与惯性振动筛相同,使整个筛箱产生振动。

ZD振动筛

 

ZD型矿用单轴振动筛,该系列圆振筛结构简单,维修方便,作业可靠,筛分效率高,透筛性好。可供矿山、煤炭、电力、建筑和化工等部门对中等粒度物料进行分级,而安装橡胶筛板者对焦碳物料的分级效果尤佳。
ZD型矿用单轴振动筛分为单层和双层,安装方式有呆式和座式,筛网结构有编织和橡胶筛板,也可选用冲孔筛板,电动机可安装在左侧或右侧。
型号含义示例;2ZD1530J, 2表示双层、Z表示座式、D表示单轴、15表示筛面宽度(dm)、30表示筛面长度(dm)、J表示橡胶筛(非橡胶筛不注)。我公司现主要生产下面4种规格型号的ZD型振动筛。如需要其他型号须提前向我公司订货。

HGZS型高频振动细筛是在GZS型高频振动细筛改进的新一代高效细粒物料分级设备。产品在有色金属、黑色金属、建材等部门得到广泛应用,取得了良好的效果和业界认同。

 

 

 

1、高振次、低振幅、透筛率高。
2、主筛框采用热镀锌工艺,既防腐又美观。
3、叠层筛网,单层孔径增大,防堵塞耐磨,延长筛网使用寿命。
4、分离粒度细,筛分粒度可达到63μm。
5、二路给矿,既方便操作又兼顾筛分效率和处理能力,是细粒分级的有效设备。

槽式洗矿机

 

洗矿机是黑色和有色冶金矿山、钢铁、冶金、化工、建材用来洗净矿石的大型设备,分为螺旋洗矿机和圆筒洗矿机两大类。我公司主要生产的以螺旋槽式洗矿机。

 

 

 

 

槽式洗矿机主要由传动装置,螺旋,槽体,下部支撑,溢流槽等组成。包括: 
1.传动装置:为螺旋工作的动力,由电机经三角皮带,减速机,齿轮带动螺旋转动。
2.螺旋:机子的主要工作部件,起着对矿物的搅拌作用,主轴为槽钢焊接的方轴,上端装在传动装置的机架上,下端装在下部支座上,螺旋叶片由弹簧钢板焊接而成。 S槽体:为机子的机体,由各种型钢,钢板焊接而成。
3.下部支承:其作用是支承螺旋轴。
4.溢流槽:排出泥水及杂物。

传动方式设计简单,合理,设备运行平稳。设备左右螺旋轴完成矿石擦洗和提升,螺旋叶片采用最新设计,螺旋轴下端采用先进的高分子耐磨材料和密封技术。
本机呈倾斜安装,矿物与水由进料口(进料口的位置由用户自定)进入槽体,通过螺旋轴叶轮的搅动,达到矿石的清洗作用。清洗后泥浆及杂物通过溢流槽流出(溢流口位置用户自定),矿石沉入槽底,由出料口(出料口位置用户自定)出。

圆锥型分级机(分泥斗)

 

圆锥型分级机(分泥斗)是倒立的圆锥体,可用于脱泥或脱水。按其所处理物料粒度不同可分为矿砂式(分离0.15mm以上矿粒)和矿泥式(分离0.15mm以下矿粒)。现在目前主要使用分泥斗。
分泥斗是一种结构简单的圆锥分级机,其外行为一倒立的圆锥,在液面中心设有给矿筒,圆筒底部处于液面以下一定深度。矿浆沿切线方向给入中心圆筒,经缓冲后由底部流出。流出的矿浆呈放射状向周边溢流堰流出去。在此过程中沉降过程速度大于上升速度的粗颗粒便沉在槽内,并经底部沉砂口批排出。细粒随表层矿浆进入溢流槽,作为溢流排出。给矿粒度一般小于2mm,分级粒度为74um以下。
分泥斗的特点是结构简单,不需要动力操作方便。现在分泥斗主要用在水力分级机前对原矿进行脱泥,以便提高分级效率,也可用在磨矿设备前为矿石浓缩、脱水,提高磨机给矿浓度,还可用在各种矿泥选别设备前控制给矿浓度。由于分泥斗的锥体体积较大,在生产流程中还兼有储矿作用。

皮带输送机是一种由无极环形输送带围绕着首、尾滚筒,一般由滚筒驱动,并由托辊支承而运行的一种输送松散或整件物料的连续运输设备。由于其结构简单、操作维护方便、运行安全可靠、经营费低等优点,可广泛用于电力、煤炭、矿山、钢铁、建材、化工、烟草、环保、粮食、轻工、石油等众多行业,具有运量大、爬坡能力强、噪音小、易损件互换性好等特点,便于实现运输系统自动化控制,工作环境的温度为<40℃。

2、XMQ系列锥形球磨机,是一种实验室磨矿设备。可供实验室湿法磨细矿石之用(其中150×50锥形球磨机亦可用于干磨),适用于冶金、建材、化工、轻工、煤炭、水电、农业和地质实验工作中的人工重砂、矿石技术加工等磨细物料之用。

实验室跳汰机

 

XCT型隔膜式跳汰机用于重力选矿,重力选矿是基于矿石的比重不同,在介质中沉降速度亦异,利用矿物重量上的差别,而完成矿粒混合物的分层选别工作。
XCT型隔膜式跳汰机适于选别黑色和有色金属、化学、建筑等方面的实验研究之用。

实验室浮选机

 

实验室用39立升浮选机适于实验室浮游方法进行矿物选别之用。此浮选机是以数台组连续起来为连续浮选机,槽数是偶数,自两槽到十槽,根据用户要求可为左式亦可右式浮选机。

 

 

 

 

实验室用39立升浮选机,乃系叶轮式机械浮选机,由以下主要部分组成即:(1)、槽体部分,以钢板焊接制造的槽1,其中利用叶轮搅拌同时对矿浆进行冲气;为了调正槽内浆液面及被刮出泡沫层的厚度,利用两槽壁板制成中间槽15,其中安装矿浆液面调节器5,在槽内罩盖14上面安装孔板17,用来防止矿浆的混乱运动对泡沫区的影响,同时也可以防止脉石被机械带到精矿中去。并且在槽体部置有衬盆6,防止磨损槽底,衬盆可以更换,槽底外布置了有排矿口8,清洗时放水之用。矿浆流经壁板上的溢流口流进中间槽15和尾槽3,中间槽的下部与槽壁下部罩盖14的导管进入下一个槽中,这样可以继续流经,浮选机的槽数全部,从给矿槽3流入,由尾矿1的排矿口8排出,槽体下部的前后置有进矿口16,便于改变工艺流程。
(2)、叶轮系统是安装在浮选槽中心位置上,叶片向上成经向排列的盘状叶轮9,固定在叶轮轴10的下端绕竖轴管12,管上端位于浆石和泡沫层之上,下端支承在置盖14上,当叶轮旋转时,沿竖管12可自由的吸入大量空气,在置盖14下面固定着防护盘4,防护盘与叶轮之间间隙大小与吸入空气量有关,其最大间隙不超过3毫米,间隙过大时,更换磨损的防护盘或适当调整之。竖管12上的孔用来循环矿浆,并矿浆与空气很好的搅拌在一起,叶轮轴上部装在轴承壳内的滚动轴11中旋转,轴承壳装在横梁7上,轴的顶端固定着皮带轮,通过三角带接通电动机18转动,调整三角带的紧张度,由螺母19来实现。

实验室摇床

 

实验室摇床比普通摇床床面尺寸要小, 适合放在室内进行选矿试验,是高校、科研院所、选厂等用来开展矿石可选性研究和试验所需要的常用重力选矿设备,其选矿效应与大尺寸摇床没有太大分别。
实验室摇床广泛用于选别钨、锡、钽、铌、铁、锰、铬、钛、铋、铅、金等其他稀有金属和贵金属矿,也可用于煤矿。可用于粗选、精选、扫选等不同作业,选别粗砂(2-0.5mm)、细砂(0.5-0.074mm)、矿泥(0.074-0.037mm)等不同粒级。它不仅可以作为一个独立的选矿作业,亦可以与跳汰机、螺旋溜槽、离心选矿机等其他选矿设备配合使用。

实验室摇床是依据入选矿物比重差和在往复不对称运动并呈倾斜的床面横向水流中的分层性能进行选别。具有不同比重矿物在床面上分带明显,精矿质量高、操作和调节方便等特点。

实验室摇床由床头(传动机构)、床面和机架三大部分组成。床头由电动机带动,通过拉杆连接床面,使床面沿纵向作不对称的往复运动。床面一般由玻璃钢制成,其形状为梯形,在斜边上装有给矿槽和给水槽,沿纵向在床面上装有床条或刻有沟槽。摇床由机架支撑,机架上装有调坡机构,用来调节床面的横向坡度。

我公司生产的实验室摇床主要类型为LY1100×500×430,其床头为LY型,床面材质为玻璃钢,床条有粗砂,细砂,矿泥之分,也可根据用户实际需求而量身定制床条。
选厂进行试验性研究也可选用床面2100×1050×850型小摇床,其床头有6-S型和LY供用户选择,槽钢支架有大槽钢支架和小槽钢支架之分,床面材质为玻璃钢,床条有粗砂,细砂,矿泥之分,也可根据用户实际需求而量身定制床条。

槽式给矿机

槽式给矿机可将块状物料由储料仓输送给受料装置,广泛运用于冶金、矿山、化工、建筑、选矿、煤炭等部门作为粗粒物料(原矿等)的一段破碎给料,适用于金属、非金属物料的短距离运输,但不适宜输送精矿粉及其他粉状物料。

槽式给料机可以架设于地面,也可以吊装在矿仓 卸料口上。槽底板作往复运动,其冲次为20-60次/min,冲程为20-200mm。冲程可由驱动装置偏心轮进行适当调整,偏心距为冲程之半。据一些选矿厂生产实践,对于粘性矿石,偏心距不应小于30mm。槽式给料机的槽体宽度约为给料最大粒度的2-2.5倍。最大的槽式给料机,可满足小于500mm粒度铁矿石的给矿 。最常选用的规格是980*1240槽式给料机,其给料粒度为350-0mm,适于作为400*600鄂式破碎机的给料设备。

锤式破碎机(打砂机)

 锤式打砂机(粉碎)机适用于各种小型矿厂,是打碎矿石的选矿设备之一,它能将50毫米以下的矿石或分离不完全矿物中的原矿,尾矿等进行打碎,把有用金属从矿石中分离出来,根据选矿厂要求将矿粒粉碎在1~180目左右,然后进入摇床进行分选,在一定程度上替代球磨机,其优点是安装,易操作,投入少,见效快。

锤式打砂机的主要工作部件为电机,机架,转子(由主轴、圆盘、销轴和锤头组成),破碎板,筛板等组成(如图所示)。锤头是最易磨损的零件,通常采用耐磨材料如高锰钢等制成,其形状主要有板状和块状(丁字形锤头)两种。块状锤头比板状锤头重,主要用于块度和硬度较大及长度较长的物料的破碎,被破碎物料的块度和硬度较大时,锤头质量应重一些,而数目要少一些;反之,锤头质量应轻一些,数目却要多一些。在实际破碎矿石中可以选用不同规格的筛板,筛孔最小尺寸为2毫米。
锤式打砂机是利用高速回转的锤头冲击矿石,使矿石沿自然裂隙和节理面等脆弱部分破碎。工作电动机带动转子在破碎腔内高速旋转,物料自上部给料口给入机内,受高速运动的锤子的打击、冲击、剪切、研磨作用而粉碎。在转子下部,设有筛板、粉碎物料中小于筛孔尺寸的粒级 通过筛板排出,大于筛孔尺寸的粗粒级 阻留在筛板上继续受到锤子的打击和研磨, 最后通过筛板排出机外。

鄂式破碎机

PEX系列细碎鄂式破碎机适用于抗压力2000gf/cm2的各种物料,故广泛应用在冶金、矿山、化工、建材、交通等行业,在选矿中主要用于矿石的中碎和细碎,在中小型选矿厂中也可以做为第一段碎矿设备。
该系列细碎鄂式破碎机的特点是:结构简单、工作可靠、操作维修方便;破碎比高达20~30,可以简化破碎流程,节省投资和生产费用;所破碎产品粒度比较均匀,不会产生过粉碎现象。

 鄂式破碎机是通过动鄂的周期性运动来破碎物料,在动鄂绕悬挂心轴向固定鄂摆动的过程中,位于两鄂板之间的物料便受到压碎,劈裂和弯曲等综合作用。动鄂的每一个周期性运动就使物料受到一次压碎作用,并向下排送一段距离,当动颚板离开固定颚板时, 已碎到小于排矿口尺寸的物料,靠其自重从下部排矿口排出。位于破碎腔上部还未破碎到足够小的物料 ,随之下落到破碎腔的下部, 再次受到颚板的作用而继续被破碎,经过若干周期后,被破碎的物料便从排料口排出机外。

球磨机

球磨机是物料被破碎之后,再进行粉碎的关键设备。球磨机广泛应用于水泥,硅酸盐制品,新型建筑材料、耐火材料、化肥、黑色与有色金属选矿以及玻璃陶瓷等生产行业,对各种矿石和其它可磨性物料进行干式或湿式粉磨。 其中格子型球磨机和溢流型球磨机是选矿工业及其他工业部门最常用的粉磨设备,在选矿厂广泛采用格子型球磨机进行粗磨矿(产品粒度一般大于0.02mm)或者两段连续磨矿的第一段,采用溢流型球磨机进行细磨矿(产品粒度一般大于0.02mm)或者两段连续磨矿的第二段。

 格子型球磨机主要由筒体 ,端盖, 主轴承, 中空轴颈, 传动齿轮和给矿器等部分组成。由于这种磨矿机矿浆是通过格子板排矿装置排出 ,因此称为格子型球磨机。
物料由进料装置经入料中空轴螺旋均匀地进入磨机第一仓,该仓内有阶梯衬板或波纹衬板,内装不同规格钢球,筒体转动产生离心力将钢球带到一定高度后落下,对物料产生重击和研磨作用。物料在第一仓达到粗磨后,经单层隔仓板进入第二仓,该仓内镶有平衬板,内有钢球,将物料进一步研磨。粉状物通过卸料箅板排出,完成粉磨作业。
格子型球磨机的磨碎产物是通过排矿格子板排出,具有强迫排矿作用,排矿速度快,同时格子型球磨机可多装球,便于装小球,它的生产效率相对于溢流型球磨机要高一些,产品粒度粗,不易产生过度粉碎。
根据物料及排矿方式,可选择干式球磨机和湿式格子型球磨机。
